ProView Global Philippines is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Cobra Customer Care Specialist.

Responsibilities:
Handles customer call inquiries, requests and concerns in a timely fashion
Communicates clearly and efficiently with clients customers
Accurately documents all customer interactions according to procedure
Speaks professionally and effectively with customers on a daily basis.
Protect confidential personal information in all transactions
Maintains confidentiality of all customer information
Receives and processes all COBRA enrollment, changes and termination documents (via electronic document system).
Strictly follows U.S. Federal COBRA regulations and client-specific requirements in the execution of all COBRA-related transactions.
Thoroughly documents all COBRA enrollment, changes and terminations to carriers and regularly ensures receipt of these documents.
Receives and processes all qualifying events notices and produces COBRA General Notices, COBRA Initial Notices and COBRA Election Notices.
Actively participates in all required training.
Ensures adherence to data privacy and transmission of security protocols.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledge in US insurance industry is an advantage
1+ years’ experience performing a process- and detail-oriented function, preferably claims processing
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Proven comfort level with learning and working with various computer applications
Demonstrated ability for routine work
Proven ability to meet deadlines
