Aegis PeopleSupport is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Client Support Representative.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide high level and in depth technical support by resolving inquiries by phone, e-mail and web, in a manner and time frame consistent with team service levels.
Work collaboratively with clients, team members, implementation consultants, and resources across the company to achieve desired results.
Continue training and certifications to stay ahead of an evolving financial industry landscape and learn new product releases.
Own and address client needs and product issues from inception to resolution.
Interpret and validate technical issues, test solutions, follow-up and escalate when necessary.
Maintain and create detailed documentation through logging of support cases, e-mail, and knowledge base articles for client and internal use.
REQUIREMENTS:
BS degree in management information systems, computer science, other technical degree, economics, business management, or finance or having equal previous work experience.
At least 6 months - 1 year experience with PL/SQL, T-SQL, SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Integration Services and associated administration practices
Basic Knowledge and experience with the financial industry, including complex domestic and foreign financial instruments
Knowledge in software products not limited to Windows
