SPI Global is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Client Services Specialist.
Successfuly applicants for Client Services Specialist will have a great career in SPI Global.
Accesses and processes requests via client’s remote desktop.
Performs proofreading of various email correspondence prior to sending to recipient.
Reviews blog comments for spam.
Researches on reviewed files/information (e.g. blogs, forums, etc.) to better assess validity and suitability of the reviewed files/information to client requirements and standards.
Researches unclear/ incomplete information for verification and update if necessary.
Develops an expertise across Forrester’s research topic areas.
Acts as a liaison with technology vendors and users for all incoming inquiries/briefing requests.
Meets the project standards based on client requirements (i.e. accuracy; processing time for requests).
Logs inquiries received in the client’s system ensuring that all inquiries/requests are distributed or assigned within a specified timeframe.
Work with other teams within Forrester to continuously improve the site managing or briefings management processes.
Routes briefing requests to all analyst/s covering the stated topic even if they are not the primary coverage holder. (for Briefings) The request may come from existing, prospective and former clients. The analyst/s may or may not be specified by the requestor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any 4-5 year course
Must have excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Must have excellent analytical and reading comprehension skills
Must have high level of clerical aptitude, accuracy and attention to details
Must have working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and database software
Preferably with experience in customer service
