Client Services Manager
As a Manager of Client Services, you will be a key member of the management team with the key responsibility of executing a Call Center Human Capital service platform capable of providing best-in-class service to our clients. As an individual contributor in this role, you will work with our clients to implement Call Center Human Capital strategies focused on driving productivity, quality, cost savings and return on investment for our clients. To meet your objectives, you will partner closely with our consultants to better understand customer needs and how our engagements deliver value.

To be successful in this role, you will need a high degree of business acumen with a solid understanding of how to develop and integrate Call Center Human Capital programs and metrics for out clients.

Job Requirements
A college degree is a requirement. In addition, the candidate should have 5-7 years of call center operational experience. Process experience in human resource applications, workforce management and multi-site call center operations is a plus. Drives responsibility/accountability across organization for complete and timely resolution of all client issues, focusing on the use of client management skills to gather information, diagnose issues and offer solutions/education as applicable. Coaches individual team members to self-evaluate the success of solutions and adjust approach if issue is not resolved.

Serves as Project Manager as needed for customer implementation efforts, major account activity and internal teams working on products or projects requiring representation from Call Center Human Capital Consultants. Delivers information as needed as part of project team and carries out all implementation efforts required across call center team as required by project plan. Salary is dependent on experience.
