Responsibilities:
•Reports to Client Service Supervisor and Client Service Manager
•Provide efficient, professional, accurate, dependable and courteous service
•Ensures data quality in Company’s database/s are kept accurate
•Perform administrative customer service related tasks
•Perform incident management tasks
•Develop business relationships which enhance the company’s community image while sustaining its integrity throughout all contact
•Contribute to ongoing quality management
•Work closely with Implementation, IT, TeleSales and other teams
•Promote and maintain positive customer relations
Requirements:
•He/She must be organized, detail-oriented, thorough, self-motivated and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
•Willingness to learn and the ability to work with a dynamic global team is a must.
•Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
•Proficiency in computer applications (including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook) are required.
•Willing to learn new computer applications and computer error handling
•Willing to work on shift , declared holidays and on extended hours as necessary.
•Experience in IT Support or in Customer Service is an advantage
•Must be a university or college graduate of any 4-year course
