Description:
VXI Global Solutions is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Client Relations Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acts as Project Manager for the implementation of new programs or expansion
Manages change of business direction that could result to trimming the program's size to programs end of life
Care for existing program's changes, such as new products and services
Serves as client's primary point of contact for concerns and issues regarding the program such as: performance, system's issue, reporting,recruitment,training, planning for expansion.
Takes care of Client presentations, conducts program business review.
Participates in client visits in coordination with Sales and Marketing.
In charge of Account Management and isresponsible for account profitability (P&L)
Reviews and responds timely to emails from clents, productions and support functions.
Reviews service leverls and end-day reports to all programs to check performance.
Analyses reasons for not meeting expectations and informs cleints via email or conference call.
Facilitates client conference calls, calibration sessions and when needed, follow-up payments from clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicant must be capable in providing analytical support and recommendation for staffing resources to meet client objectives such as service levels, occupancy, cost per call and quality
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati and Quezon City., should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status ans is open to be assigned in shifting schedules particularly graveyard shift.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
