Teamspan Asia is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Client Liaison Manager - Business Transcription.

Responsibilities:
The Client Liaison Manager will manage the day-to-day communication and coordination with clients, in-house staff, and management to provide excellent service and exceed company goals for our Dial-a-Note product line.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage client relationships and daily interfaces; provide guidance and troubleshoot any emerging issues for existing and prospective clients by telephone and email.
To discuss new project set-up requirements with clients and advise them in their best interest, seeking assistance from colleagues and superiors when necessary.
Ensure all client needs and expectations are met in a professional and timely manner.
Help train staff on how to service the client appropriately.
Provide timely reports to executive management on all aspects of client relations including potential concerns that may include but are not limited to; Staffing, Scheduling, Security, IT Concerns and General Operations.
Assign and oversee any special projects required; assist and ensure completion when necessary.
Manage all work from sales meeting to 1st day of the launch.
To prepare quotations and contracts for potential clients and follow up on these promptly and systematically.
Provide daily activity reports.
Work closely with the US-based General Manager and communicate with on a daily basis.
Willing do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.
Mastered the ability to speak and write in English properly and effectively.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa.

Have a broad knowledge base.
Have a strong work-ethic.
Have excellent communication skills.
Be well organized.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
