Responsibilities:

We have (2) VERY exciting full time roles available to start immediately!

The primary role of the dedicated "Client Acquisition Executive" is to understand the aims and objectives of diverse businesses and to be able to recommend suitable solutions and through on-going various efforts of building strong rapport with prospects and clients plays a vital role in bringing in as many campaigns as possible.

A must:

ü Great English communication skills
ü Sales skills and ability to strike a rapport with people quickly and take responsible action.
ü Understanding the Call Center Market on a global and updated level
ü Business driven with a confident and trustworthy nature
ü Organizational skills with high energy level
ü Aggressive and professional approach
ü Strong analytical & interpersonal skills

Campaign Development
Leading our company to gain further campaigns and in being our first impression and building rapport with diverse businesses/clientele (Call Center Campaigns you will bring into the company with your confident and personalized touch) to brainstorm on possible campaign directions for the Client, and ensuring that all ideas are put to action on time. Marketing research tools are applied. To be extremely customer focused and to promote our company on the highest and most reputable level.

New Business Development
In charge of acquiring/tapping into new clients/business opportunities. Maintains a special quota for obtaining diverse campaigns per month, and is required to pro-actively make contact with as many different businesses to acquire diverse campaigns through cold calling and various technologies to make our company stand out from the rest.
Building of new partnerships for the company.
Establish high-volume sourcing strategies and tactics, and ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives
Continous promotion of our company in very high esteem on a worldwide level
Adapt plan and shift directions in order to meet changing client requirements
Daily report on updates and keep accurate track of each and every prospect/client
Strategic Planning
Correctly analyzing market trends and developing appropriate long/short term product objectives to drive the business and translating them to feasible winning campaigns. Seasonal brainstorming and brand review sessions are conducted to assess the brand’s performance with weekly management meetings to assess progression and direction.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Sales and outsourcing experience or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales, PR, Marketing and or Business Driven related experience to this specific and vital role with a 'go getting' attitude.
Preferably certificate qualified in a related field
Minimum 2 years experience in outsourcing, with 2yrs + in a supervisory/responsible position
Strong customer service ethic
Exceptional communication skills
Motivated attitude who can demonstrate consistent performance outcomes and a commitment to delivering results
Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
Applicants must be willing to work in Metro Manila.
A desire to succeed and will need an aggressive and professional approach
