Responsibilities:
Over-all management of business functions such as operations, human resources, training, quality assurance, general administration, and to ensure process efficiencies between all those departments.
Develop Strategic (semi-annual/annual) business plans to achieve business objectives and incremental profitable growth opportunities for the long term future of the organization
Effective Member of the company's Senior Leadership Team representing the call center operational team.
Develop strong management team - customer centric, role models of standards of excellence, high results orientation, innovation and leadership
Design, develop and implement strategic plans for the company in the most cost effective and time efficient manner.
Motivate and mentor members of the Management team.
Lead the primary departments and develop the corporate culture for the organization.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.
Required skill(s): process improvement, quality assurance development, people handling and motivation, operations management, Human Resorces Optimization, training and development.
Ideally with a combined 10 years of proven experience in diverse, multi-discipline and high-profile general management from several well-established companies
Strategic thinker with the ability to capitalize on strengths, improve on weaknesses, seize opportunities and determine threats
Excellent ability in implementing and standardizing corporate controls and metrics
Demonstrates ingenuity in making critical business decisions, setting strategic priorities and proposing innovation to create efficiencies and funnel investments in people and systems
Proven professional maturity, integrity, credibility, commitment, and energy to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Applicants must be willing to work in Greenhills,San Juan.
Applicants must be open to working flexible graveyard shifts during the main operations
Preferably CEO/SVP/AVP/VP/Directors specializing in Corporate Strategy/Top Management or equivalent.
