To assist clients/ customers through chat and e-mail while playing online games during shift
Requirements:
AGENT LEVEL
College level or college graduate of any course
Average to excellent English written communications skills
Online games enthusiast
Can type at least 50-60 wpm
Ability to work in a fast pace and demanding environment

Willing to work on day shift, holidays, weekends, shifting schedule
TEAM MANAGERS/ QUALITY ASSURANCE (ENGLISH & MULTILINGUAL- EUROPEAN LANGUAGES)
Bachelors degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
Considerable experience managing 12 or more employees either in a supervisory role or the ability to demonstrate the following: excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills including the ability to provide constructive feedback in a manner that results in improved performance, establish a team environment by coordinating/cooperating with peers, sharing recognition, supporting interdepartmental and company-wide objectives, successful completion of two management level interview, time management skills and computer proficiency, objectivity, professionalism and maturity, flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt well in a changing environment
Minimum of 1 year Non-voice experience and show the ability to accomplish the following: Motivate agents on a low goal, high pressure e-mail program,
Willingness to hold agents accountable that are not meeting either performance or quality
