1. Quality Control Supervisor :
- Minimum qualifications : Excellent English communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Very good planning and organizational skills
- At least 1 year experience in a call center handling QC functions or similar
- Experience in setting up QC systems and procedures in a start up company
- Capacity to initiate, implement and monitor systems relevant to QC
2. Trainer
- Excellent English communication skills
- Very good presentation skills
- Very good interpersonal skills
- Has experience in managing a dynamic and diverse classroom environment
- Proficient with various software applications programs including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Prior experience as a trainer is preferred
3. Operations Manager

- Superior planning and organizational skills
- At least 1 year call center experience in a managerial capacity
- At least 3 years of management experience in other industries
- Experience in setting up systems and procedures in a start up company preferred

4. Floor Manager

- Very good planning and organizational skills
- At least 1 year call center experience in a supervisory capacity – actually managing a group of 8 to 15 people
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in other industries
- Experience in setting up systems and procedures in a start up company preferred
- Capacity to handle work under pressure
5. Sales Specialist
- Proficient English communication skills
- Work experience in a Call Center
- Outgoing personality
- High computer literacy
- Willingness to work in varying shifts
6. Network/Systems Administrator
- Has minimum of 2 years solid experience as systems administrator in managing mission-critical MS Windows 2003 Server platform with in-depth understanding of Exchange 2000, DHCP, Wins, DNS, SQL 2000, IIS, and Active Directory
- Has knowledge in Windows based Servers (MS SQL)
- Has knowledge in Red Hat Linux Server (a plus but not required)
- Must be knowledgeable in implementing virus control
- Must be knowledgeable in TCP/IP data connectivity
- Must establish and maintain back-up and recovery policies, procedures, database standards and database integrity
- Must be capable of planning for database growth after performing database housekeep and reorganization
- Must maintain and administer computer networks and related computing 120 environments including computer hardware, systems software, application software, and all configurations
