OSRP Philippines is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Cash Poster. Successfuly applicants for Cash Poster will have a great career in OSRP Philippines.

Responsibilities:

* Post checks received through lockboxes (Bank of America)
* Apply EFT, credit card and wire transfer payments to customer’s accounts
* Verify that the batch total posted cross-foots to the total deposit amount
* Inform Collection specialists of customer disputes, short pays or any unidentifiable payments received
* Pull check copies for invoices that need to be reconciled in an account
* Process adjustment requests such as credit offsetting, write-offs, manual bills and charge backs as assigned
* Resolve all discrepancies or unapplied payments on accounts
* Process Stop Payments in Bank of America and also issuance of check refunds
* Perform other administrative duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

* Graduate of any four-year business course or equivalent experience
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Excellent data entry skills/attention to details
* Proficient in MS Excel
* Good written and oral communication skills
* 2 Full-Time positions available
* Work Schedule: 10pm - 7 am
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
