Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 6 months work experience as a Call Monitoring Specialists or Quality Analyst in a Non-Voice/ or Sales Campaign in a call center environment.
Has proven track record in Quality Coaching, Sales Coaching and would be able to motivate CSRs to meet goals.
Knowledgeable in Quality Metrics for Non-Voice program.
Must have strong listening, verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational/time management skills.
Amenable to work in shifting schedule and graveyard shift in Ortigas, Pasig.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
