Efusion Solutions are seeking a STRONG & DYNAMIC team made up of the following professionals:
1. HR Supervisor
* at least THREE years call centre experience
* specialise in end to end recruitment process, administration, compensation & benefits and payroll
* able to design, structure and implement policies
* a strong communicator and enforcer of SOPs, policies
* very detailed, meticulous and able to work under tight deadlines
* must be able to address and resolve employee relation issues well
2. Team leaders
* At least TWO years experience in leading team size of 10 or more
* Skilled in call centre analytics
* Very creative and skilled in motivating teams
3. Sales Coaches
* At least TWO years experience in mentoring/coaching in call centre
* Skilled in call centre analytics
* Able to give personal attention to agents to improve them significantly within a short span of time
* Must be able to render specific trainings in small groups
4. Call centre representatives (outbound sales)
* Very fluent and well versed in spoken and written English
* Basic computer skills
* College Degree or equivalent
5. Finance Officer
* at least 3 years of international experience in strategic planning of company finances and budgetting.
