Lead a team of Fleet Call Center Coordinators.
Resolves customer issues, inquiries, and complaints.
Escalates concerns to appropriate authorities.
Ensures accuracy of the fleet's databases, meter readings, and other related documents critical in the operation.
Requirements:

A Graduate of Bachelor's degree in any field.
Preferably with at least 3 years related experience in a Supervisory level.
Confident in the use of English language, both written and spoken.
Excellent customer service skills, methodical and detail-oriented.
Computer literate and willing to work on a permanent night shift schedule.
