You will be responsible for providing first level support to customers, handling calls and providing support on computer and network problems. In addition to providing customer support and ensuring that customers receive timely and efficient response, you will also be expected to ensure that all systems and procedures are adhered to within the call centre, as well as complete back office duties from time to time. Our client operates a 24/7 call centre, so you can expect work on a shift basis.
Qualifications:
Excellent Communication skills in Arabic, as well as English
One to two years experience in technical support or customer service
Computer literate (MS Office 2000 expertise considered ideal)
Ability to work on shifts
Strong work ethic
