• In charge of planning, organizing, directing, coaching, mentoring and evaluating the operations of call center work flow and its agents.
• Responsible in maintaining and preparing information files, providing information to supervisors and co-workers in written form, e-mail, or in person.
• Planning and verifying daily activities and schedules of customer service assistants.
• Compiling and verifying data or report.
• Coordinating the Work and Activities of Others & Getting members of a group to work together to accomplish tasks.
• Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
• Maintaining the area's work performance level.

• Has management or supervisory experience, preferably in a call center or BPO Training Center.
