Call Centre Representatives

Our busy Inbound Call Centre is looking for new Team Members

We look for people who possess the following skills/attributes:

* Customer service experience in either retail, hospitality or call centre environments
* Excellence in customer service quality and focus
* Team focused
* Reliability and stability
* Strong communication skills
* Technical background not necessary, as training will be provided

Based in Frenchs Forest the Call Centre operates 8am – 9pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 3pm on Saturday. Working a minimum 37.5hr/week on a rotating roster.
