Responsibilities:

This position provides outstanding customer service and technical support to both Inbound and Outbound interactions via phone, e-mail, letter and fax by using a consultative approach that reflects the culture and philosophies of the client.
Maintains a high level of quality through the delivery of exceptional customer service and technical support by providing customers with solutions and detailed product information.
Professionally handles customer issues that appear to arise from the use of the product.
Serves as company ambassador by ensuring influential customer satisfaction, goodwill and loyalty.
Accurately captures data in PeopleSoft.
Actively participate in team meetings.
Recommends to management improvements in product, service, and procedures.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Required language(s): Japanese
A minimum of 6months of customer service experience preferred.
Experience within a call center environment preferred.
Ability to read, write and understand Japanese
Good English Communication Skills
Strong analytical skills
Strong attention to details and data accuracy
Ability to learn new processes on both Back End and Voice.
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center,Pasig City.
