Responsibilities:
The Outbound Call Center Associate will work with one of OAM’s global clients in a lead generation, telemarketing, or appointment setting capacity. Your primary responsibility will be to speak with prospects and execute the stated objective for the campaign – whether that is generating a lead, making a sale, or setting an appointment. The position requires flexibility to move from different clients as the needs of the company change. Exceptional Outbound Call Center Associates are immediately considered for Team Lead positions after a track record of success.

Requirements:
Fluent in spoken American English
Good written communication and language comprehension skills
At least 1 year of outbound call center experience
Computer literate and has a working knowledge of email, internet, and Microsoft Office applications
Willing to work on graveyard shift
