Call Center Agents
Responsibility:
responsible for receiving, initiating and handling phone transactions; documenting and/or escalating issues to ensure customer's concerns are addressed promptly and appropriately
Requirements:
Candidate mst possess at least a four-year Bachelor's/College Degree
Above average verbal and written English communication skills (must be fluent with the Englsih language)
Excellent listening skills
exceptional problem-solving and strong negotiation abilities
US customer-contact experience is an advantage
Experience in recovery collections will also be an advantage
Willing to be assigned to shifting schedules
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Computer literate (MS Office and web applications)
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City
Applicants should be Filipino Citizens or hold relevant residence status
