Responsibilities:

* Provide customer support (technical and billing issue) to international clients via Email and Voice
* Understand the customer\'s needs and concerns, respond in a professionell and friendly way

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s/College Degree , any field.
* Excellent Communication and English skills
* Good Technical / IT Knowledge
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Customer Service
* Applicants must be willing to work in Fort Bonifacio Global City (nr Makati / Taguig).
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
* 3 Full-Time positions available.
