Main responsibilities:
* Provide and maintains the quality of customer service, sales and data entry
* Answer all the incoming calls within a standard time
* Providing best service quality to the calling customers
* Follow up with customers and solve the customers problems
* Achieve weekly and monthly targets
* Perform other related duties as requested
Required skills:
* Fresh graduates holds diploma or bachelor , under graduate are welcome for training
* Interpersonal skills , self motivated , ability to solve problems
* Required candidates will be tested for there vocal abilities and attitude
* High communication skills
* Ability for working under pressure and working within different shifting time schedules
* Effectively deals with job stress , angry callers and upset customer
* Language : Arabic " excellent ", English " average "
