Job Description:
• Outbound telemarketing of our clients' products and services. Some campaigns require specific skills or a technical orientation.
• To market and promote products and services efficiently to individuals and companies.
• Responsible in appointment booking, generating leads, assisting and attending to the needs of the client.
• Makes reports and other assigned reports & performing some administrative or clerical task as assigned.
• Inbound call handling; answering the phone in Customers Company’s name, Customer’s order taking and processing.
Job Qualifications & Requirements:
• Must have the ability to persuade, motivate, convince, and influence people.
• Must be resilient, persevering, patient and must have high tolerance for rejection, frustration, and stress.
• Must have excellent oral & written communication & customer service skills in American English.
• Knowledgeable of standard MS Office software - (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Must be flexible, proactive, self-driven & independent.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing Call center experience a huge plus.
• Willing to work in shifts, including graveyard.
• Graduate of 4-year degree course.
• Willing to work in a start-up environment.
