Philippine IT Offshore Network, Inc. (PITON Global) is in need of:

Call Center Agent

Tasks:
Perform research work and data gathering through the Internet and telephone
Conduct phone surveys, lead generation, contact qualification and information verification as well as appointment setting
Responsible for validation, update and maintenance of databases of corporations in the United States and Canada

Requirements:
University or College Degree holder preferably in any communication or research-related course from a reputable school
Outstanding oral and written communication skills in English
Vocally articulate with excellent voice quality
Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft office applications especially in MS Excel and Access
Extremely resourceful with flexible, amiable and assertive personality
Very good oranizational, research and telephone skills
Highly goal-oriented, self-driven and can work with minimal supervision
Has the ability to exercise discretion and prioritize multiple tasks with close attention to detail
