Equicom Systems Management (ESM) Philippines is in need of Call Center Agents:
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree
Required languages: English and Filipino
Knowledgeable in Basic MS Word and MS Excel application
Able to htink on his/her own feet
Willign to work on a shifting schedule (most shifts are scheduled on morning and afternoon shift)
A communicator, able to express himself/herself verbally and in writing both English and Filipino
Experience in a call center environment is a plus
A team player who works well under pressure
People oriented and patient
Male or Female and not more than 30 years old
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City and can start immediately
