Duties include all aspects of understanding and communicating with inbound callers. Must respond to in-bound calls in a prompt, professional manner from various types of media including: television, print, radio, mailers, etc. Prospective employees must support our mission of satisfying the customer in a fast paced, challenging environment. Spanish speaking skills are beneficial!
