ADP Philippines is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of CSR for Collections.

Responsibilities:
The CSR for Collections is responsible for ensuring that all returned items are resolved in accordance with the established Risk Policy. The role involves maintaining a positive relationship with the client and maximize the successful and timely collection of funds. This role also performs a thorough analysis and assist in setting client expectations.
Work with clients to analyze and set appropriate financial expectations. These actions must be performed with the highest levels of world-class service. Maintain a 98% resolution with 5 business days and a less than 2% external collection rate.
Acts as a liaison between U.S. and Region Service Centers to resolve collection items. To monitor and coordinate with the U.S. the hold or release of agency deposits on returned items resulting from error to minimize exposure to Penalty and Interest.
Responsible for tracking status of returned items through use of online tools. This requires effective communication and follow-up on a daily basis.
Ability to inform of any client loss dollars to external collections while keeping updates of high risk situations including fraud or potential terms.
Partner with Region Service Centers and the U.S. in ensuring client information is accurate.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, any field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent in the BPO industry.
Must have excellent English communication skills
Must be willing to handle outbound and inbound calls.
Must be willing to work on night-shift and shifting schedules.
