RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide telephone information from central office switchboard.
* Refer to alphabetical or geographical reels or directories to answer questions or suggest answer sources.
* Keeps reels and directories up-to-date.
* Maintains record of calls received.
* Suggests alternate locations and spellings under which number could be listed.
* Types location and spelling of name on computer terminal keyboard, and scans directory to locate number.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Completed at least 2 years in college
* Must have excellent English communication skills
* Must have a minimum typing speed of 35wpm
* Basic Knowledge in computer application
* Basic Knowledge in windows navigation
* Basic knowledge in internet navigation
* Must have familiarity with the Australian accent
* Must have Excellent Customer Service Orientation
* Willing to work on shifting schedules
