-Design Call Center policies and procedures, including setting goals, standards, and benchmarks to evaluate staff performance.
- Responsible for strategic planning, tactical planning, and operational success of the Call Center.
- Develop and implement accurate forecasts and budgets to correlate Call Center resources to Call Center activity.
- Develop and manage forecasting models to meet call volume expectations and to ensure adequate staffing and facility resources.
- Successfully communicate and manage multiple groups of 20-50 telephone representatives on your shift.
