Answer Quick is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of CALL CENTER MANAGER. Successfuly applicants for CALL CENTER MANAGER will have a great career in Answer Quick.

Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Qualifications include:

- Degree in communications, management, or related business field.
- 3 years of call center management accepted in lieu of degree.
- Familiarity with call center technology & terminology.
- Excellent communication and PC skills.

Requirements of this position include:

-Design Call Center policies and procedures, including setting goals, standards, and benchmarks to evaluate staff performance.
- Responsible for strategic planning, tactical planning, and operational success of the Call Center.
- Develop and implement accurate forecasts and budgets to correlate Call Center resources to Call Center activity.
- Develop and manage forecasting models to meet call volume expectations and to ensure adequate staffing and facility resources.
- Successfully communicate and manage multiple groups of 20-50 telephone representatives on your shift.
