Healthcare Associates
Nursing Graduates preferred
Medicine and Pharmacy are likewise preferred among life science related graduates
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Willing to work night shifts
Fast learner with good analytical problem solving and mathematical skills
Experience in HMOs and/or insurance an advantage

Team Leaders
Preferably graduates of Nursing or from any Life Sciences
Excellent communication skills and willing to work night shifts
Good grasp of medical terminologies
Supervisory and administrative experience a must
Has people management and customer service skills
Analytical and keen on details
Has experience as Team Leader or as Subject Matter Expert
Experience in HMOs and or Insuranc an advantage

QA Analysts
preferably graudates of Nursing, or from any Life Sciences
Experience in HMOs and/or insurance an advantage
Analytical and keen on details
Good grasp of medical technologies
Excellent communication skills and willing to work night shifts

Operations Manager
Preferably nursing graduate. Other life-science courses also considered
with at least 2-4 years operations management experience in a call center environment
Experience in HMOs and/or insurance an advantage
Client or account management experience
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent english communication skills
Great interpersonal and customer service skills
willingness to work graveyard shift

Strategic Services Department Analyst
Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering, Math or any Business related course
Preferably with basic knowledge and understanding of:

Call Center/Contact Center operations
Project Management/Project Implementation
Process documentation/QA
Cost Benefit Analysis

Technical Support
Excellent communication skills
Preferably a graduate of Computer Science or any related course
Previous customer service and/or call center experience an advantage
Has working knowledge of general office equipment (fax machine, copy machine, telephones, PCs, etc)
willing to work in shifts

German Speaking Agent
Preferably a graduate of any four-year course
Customer service experience an advantage
must be fluent in german (oral and written)
Windows and MS office proficient
willing to work in shifts
Preferably knowledgeable in image mixer or any video editing software
