Responsibilities:
Skills Needed:
1. EXCELLENT English Comprehension and Communication Skills: The candidate must have a good command of English, both oral and written.
2. Typing Skills: The candidate must have a minimum of 30 AWPM (Adjusted Words per Minute) typing speed.
3. STRONG Research Skills: The candidate must have the ability to use available reference tools and exhaust all resources to ensure the accuracy of the transcript.
4. Transcription experience is a BIG PLUS but not required.

1. Have a keen attention to detail.
2. Be a team player.
3. Be thorough.
4. Have a flexible work schedule, and be able to work on night shifts when needed.
5. Can easily adapt to changes in work flow and processes.
6. Have a broad knowledge base.

8. Be well-organized.
Responsibilities:
1. Transcribe audio files into an online web interface
2. Provide daily activity reports
3. Communicate with clients via e-mail and telephone when the need arises
Compensation and Benefits:
1. We offer above industry standard basic compensation.
2. Medical benefits upon regularization (probationary period is 90 days)
3. Quarterly bonuses (based on individual and company performance, and competencies)
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
Required language(s): English
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Alabang,Muntinlupa.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
