Responsibilities:
Reviews and evaluates current business processes, system and procedure
Identify process improvement opportunities
Gathering of data necessary for the review of existing policies and procedures
Propose business process improvements and solutions
Prepares documentation for existing policies and procedures for review.
Designs and develops new process designs based on the approved revised policy
Documents and updates policy and procedure manuals.
Responsible for the preparation, development and implementation of the revised procedure.
Align the metrics and measures against overall business strategies and objectives.
Responsible for initiating change in process, people and systems by optimizing operations efficiency
Defines the functional requirements, staff positions and process specifications
Performs internal quality assurance and compliance reviews
Ensure that the program for process improvement supports the business objectives
Requirements:
Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Information System or Management
Should have at least five (5) years of combined experience as Business Analyst, Business Management
Candidate must be proficient in project management and must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Must possess a strong analytical and systems thinking skills
Experienced in practicing Lean Six Sigma in technical services preferred.
5 years experience in managing complex assignments with demonstrated drive and skills in planning and implementation to deliver results.
Must be service-oriented and quality-oriented is the main requirement.
