Perot Systems is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Business Process Associate. Successfuly applicants for Business Process Associate will have a great career in Perot Systems.

Perot Systems need Business Process Associate for its BPO operations.

Qualification:
college graduate of any 4 year course
entry-level applicants without call center or BPO experience are highly encouraged to apply
good english communication skills
strong analytical ability
basic knowledge of computers
willing to work on graveyard

Roles
assist the team as part of the Accounts Receiveable process
document and process healthcare insurance claims
coordinate with insurance companies regarding the claims status by conducting outbound calls
identify the outstanding claims with insurance companies through the reports from clients
