Business Intelligence Manager for Recruitment

Responsibilities

* • As part of the Recruitment Department, the Business Intelligence team is responsible for ensuring constant quality in the recruitment process and for gathering data and providing analysis on market development. Therefore, the Business Intelligence Manager works closely with Quality Department, Operations, HR and Business Development. S/he will also work in sharing best practices with all IBM subsidiaries in the Philippines and abroad.

* Key responsibilities include:
* • Database Management and Analysis: Develop, automate and maintain internal reporting and productivity reports.
* • Market Research: Collects industry information and supports Business Development pitches.
* • Business Performance Measurement: Develops, manages and maintains the Recruitment Team’s efficiency.
* • Insure quality of the recruitment process: Implement and track quality programs, improve processes of the Recruitment Team.
* • Profiling & assessment: Performs profiling exercises, Designs, develops and manages assessment tools for the Recruitment Team.

* Requirements:
* • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field. Preferably a Master Degree.
* • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* • Strong analytical skills
* • Knowledge of quality programs and quality tools
* • Perfect proficiency in excel and good knowledge of database applications (Access, SQL…)
* • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* • Preferably assistant manager / managers specializing in Quality, Business Analysis, with understanding of Human Resources.
