Responsibilities:
Create or identify business opportunities and immediately act on them
Generate new customers
Generate new business from existing customers
Draft project proposals that have unique, innovative, and executable solutions to customers needs
Effectively present the progress of projects to key stakeholders as success stories that spawn additional business
Negotiate contracts with a mutually beneficial long-term relationship in mind
Deepen business relationships with clients, making the company indispensable to customers
Mitigate and troubleshoot situations that have potential impact on customer relationships and new-business generation
Effectively represent the company in conferences, client communication, and marketing collateral to generate new business leads
Requirements:
5 years work experience, at least 3 in a Managerial/Supervisory position that interfaced with international stakeholders
Exceptional written and spoken English
Excellent IT skills: is a super user of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and understands web, database, networking, and other technical concepts
Quantitative problem solver: able to measure performance indicators and make decisions based on hard, quantitative data
A deal closer with effective negotiation skills
Can spot opportunities immediately and act on them
Willing to travel and stay on the road for up to four weeks
An effective multi-tasker who gets things done and is willing to work the hours needed to do so
A self-starter who has strong initiative and drive
A seasoned and highly organized project manager
Very detail-oriented, able to lead by example, both a doer and a thinker
Able to deal with all types of stakeholders, from production staff to C-level executives
A fast but thorough learner
