Confero require a Business Development Executive (BDE) to continue to drive the exponential growth that has been enjoyed in 2003 and 2004. The ideal candidate will be success, sales and quality focussed. They will display an entrepreneurial spirit, and the proven ability to win and develop customer accounts at board level.

A minimum of 3 years of sales success in the field of outsourcing is essential, and a Call or Contact Centre background is preferable. The role, based out of their Wembley call centre in North-West London, suits an ambitious career minded person who is searching for a unique opportunity and an influential position on the management team.
