Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years experience as a business or systems analyst, preferably with exposure in maintaining front-end systems such as ICMS, SMS, Billing and Customer Care
- Knowledge and experience in SQL, documentation and systems life cycle development
- Able to conduct thorough end-user interviews, understand and translate user objectives, processes, operations and requirements
- Proactive, high analytical and problem assessment skills
- Coordination and project management skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Telecommunications/IT industry experience is a plus
