Description:
APAC Customer Services is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Billing Analyst.
Successfuly applicants for Billing Analyst will have a great career in APAC Customer Services.
Analyzes and prepares invoice batches/credit memos. Compiles all miscellaneous billable information including dedicated hours, training charges, fax charges, UPS and FedEx charges, etc (Task performed 40% of time)
Reconciles posted revenue at month end, calculate accruals, create detailed revenue listing and reconcile billings to revenue accounts. Analyze and explain variances arising at month end close (25%)
Enters revenue rates and amendments into the billing system (5%)
Creates and reviews Daily Business Report to monitor phone time and maximize efficiency (5%)
Partners with account managers, regional vice presidents, site directors, and other internal contacts to determine special billing needs or changes to invoicing and approval on invoices. Process rate changes and Cost of Living Adjustments (COLA) (5%)
Creates detailed revenue listing for tracking and analysis purposes. Review dedicated, training, and IT hours for accuracy at month end (5%)
Provides explanations detailing revenue rate variances by client between periods. Researches and provides supporting information for new and existing clients (5%)
Ad hoc financial projects. Audits discrepancies and database management (5%)
Documents processes. Assists manager with continuous improvement and streamlining processes (5%)
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably experienced employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Job role in Basic Accounting/Bookkeeping/Accounts Executive or Financial Accounting & Reporting.
Applicants must be willing to work in shifting schedules, including graveyard.
Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
