InterGlobe Technologies is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Bilingual Travel Process Associates. Successfuly applicants for Bilingual Travel Process Associates will have a great career in InterGlobe Technologies.

Responsibilities:


Successful candidates will provide customer service support for a US based clients which entails receiving calls from airline customers and handling queries and other customer concerns
Requirements:

Candidate must have above average spoken & written CHINESE - MANDARIN communications skills and at least average English communication skills
Finished a college degree (preferably Tourism or related courses) or completed at least a 2-yr Vocational (if undergraduate)
With interest in travel and assisting travel/airline customers via phone support
Previous airline reservations background & knowledge in airline GDS/ CRS is a plus (but not required)
Certification from IATA/ travel institute an advantage (but not required)
Computer proficient and can navigate the computer with zero-to-minimum supervision
Willing to work on shifting schedules & during holidays
Willing to be based in McKinley Hill, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City
Applicants with working VISA/ holding relevant residence status or are Philippine-based are preferred
Willing to start immediately as full-time employees
