Responsibilities:


Answer incoming calls promptly, in accordance with established call-handling procedures.
Deal with customer inquiries, process requests (activation, billing, etc.) and provide other information as needed.
Provide quality customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in any field
Required language(s): Spanish and English
Willing to work in Makati City
With at least 3-6 months call center experience
Should be amenable to the following: graveyard shift, working on holidays or weekends, shifting schedules, or rendering overtime when needed.
Proficient in computer office applications and can multi task, preferably with an average typing speed of 35 wpm
Can start immediately
