Responsibilities:
The Bilingual Customer Care Rep is responsible for answering phone calls from customer, making phone calls to customers, responding to mail and e-mail from customers (in Mexico and Argentina for household and personal care products), and entering data into computer system. Spanish bilingual is a must.
Requirements:
Bachelorīs college degree.
With at least 6months related work experience.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good listening skills.
Proficient with various software applications including MicroSoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook and internet navigation
Able to work between the hours of 7pm and 5am.
