Rainmaker Asia is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Bilingual Agents- Portugese. Successfuly applicants for Bilingual Agents- Portugese will have a great career in Rainmaker Asia.

Responsibilities:


• Receives and handles inbound calls from customers.
• Offers up-sell and/or cross-sell.
• Process orders for customers.
• Uses a computerized system (CRM) for tracking and information gathering.
• Updates customers’ account information (e.g. contact information, notes, account tagging etcetera) on the CRM accordingly.
• Creates and sends quotes to customers if applicable.
• Receives and responds to queries via e-mail from customers.
• Initiates callbacks if needed
• Resolves customer renewal issues.
• Confirms client’s interest.
• Responds to routine inquiries and questions.
• Handles chat, if needed.
• Might be assigned to do outbound calling as well.




Requirements:

Education: Completed at least 3rd year college or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.

Experience: With or without call center experience; but preferably with experience handling inbound customer service and/or sales account.
