Integrim BPO Solutions is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Assistant Operations and Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:
The Assistant Operations and Marketing Manager shall be responsible for leading multiple teams and overseeing content management, event management and video production operations.
Take ownership of the relationship with our main clients
Review business opportunities and make recommendations to Executives
Oversee budgets and commission payments
Conduct weekly client meetings
Have weekly de-brief with the CEO
Task delegation, ongoing training and coaching of employees
Ensure all departments are working together and there is an open communication channel to accomplish business needs
Build process documentation and distribute to the team
Constantly review and ensure efficiency as our organisation grows and changes
Troubleshoot when processes go wrong
Approve and manage direct reports leave requests
Work with local HR to track vacation/sick days etc
Conduct bi-annual employee reviews
Hire and train new members of the team
Execute 2011 Marketing and Operations Plan
Requirements:
Bachelor's/College Degree in Management, Business Administration or Human Resources Management from top universities
3-5 years experience in a managerial role with increasing responsibility in marketing, advertising, or production house;
Key attention to detail and business objectives;
Experience in managing multiple teams;
Experience or ability to work with teams across different continents and time zones
Have strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams;
Have the ability to learn quickly, work independently and in a team setting;
Have proven abilities in decision-making, priority setting and planning;
Can manage multiple projects at any one time and thrive while doing so;
Can deliver results within set deadlines
