Responsibilities:
At least 3 years operations management experience in an international tech based account (preferably TECH account)
Experience of handling a team size of 100+
Detailed understanding of manpower planning, scheduling, SL management, and cost management
Exposure to networking (SOHO) based L1 troubleshooting & performance management
Must be capable of striking a fine balance between organizational goals, employee satisfaction and client deliverables under extremely challenging circumstances
Must be experienced in handling very difficult/challenging clients/programs
Should be capable of grooming the leaders under him
Experience in handling/managing multiple sites would be an added advantage
Must be flexible to work in a 24*7 environment (including weekends)
Must have exposure to a CSAT based environment and should have worked on associated improvement projects
Should have handled client communication
Must be good in MS-Excel and good understanding of data analysis
Oversee entire operations in the absence of Operations manager
Co-ordinate with other departments whenever required
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood City Libis.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
