Responsibilities:
Over all in charge of Payroll and Compensation&Benefits Administration
Conducts survey related to Compensation&Benefits within the industry
Administration of Performance Appraisal, Merit Increase, on any related employee movements with regards to Compensation&Benefits
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 8 years related experience in Compensation&Benefits / Payroll
With 3 years supervisory or managerial experience
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
