NRG Global Solutions is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Assistant Accounting Manager.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting the Accounting Manager in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, compliance to GAAP, PEZA, BIR and other audit requirements, budget preparation, forecast and analysis of accounts. Develop, implement and improve accounting policy and procedures; and supervise day to day activities of accounting staff.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Finance, Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
Preferably with supervisory or 3 years experience in General, Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Preferably Certified Public Accountant
Knowledge in SOX is a plus
Extensive knowledge GAAP, IAS, IFRS, BIR and PEZA reportorial requirement,
Depth knowledge in the development of accounting process, documentation and implementation
Preference will be given to applicants working for companies where the parent is located in commonwealth countries
Ability to work in an international and culturally diverse organization
Flexible, Dependable, Responsible, Service-Oriented, Team player
With good sense of urgency, must have initiative
Proficient in English communication, both written and oral
Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
Good time management and organizational abilities
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Able to follow instructions precisely and excellent eye for detail
Willingness to learn and helpful personality
