• Assists in creating reports for the Facilities department
• Vendor/Lessor Management
• Manages room reservations/allocations
• Manages facilities supply and facilities systems

REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
• Highly fluent in both written and spoken English
• Should have at least 1 year solid professional working experience in the same capacity
• Highly proficient in building management laws, construction codes & occupancy codes
• Should have a good understanding of the real estate dynamics as it is being performed inside a customer contact center environment
