Responsibilities:
Develop applications in accordance with designs
Perform unit testing of all work completed
Coordinate with the QA Analyst to create test cases and scenarios
Coordinate with the UI Designer to ensure user requirements are being met
Provide assistance to customer service and implementations as needed
Track projects and timelines and adhere to development goals in support of the overall requirements
Document modifications in the project tracking system
Report progress on development projects during weekly review meetings
Participate in software design reviews Participate in software walkthrough
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
5 or more years experience as a Applications Developer in a C# or .NET environment
Required skill(s): C#, .NET, Win Forms and ASP.NET, SQL
Knowledge of healthcare software systems is an advantage but not mandatory
Strong software development background Familiarity with the Agile method of development is beneficial
Experience developing and enhancing customer solutions in the healthcare industry is beneficial.
Broad technical skills in C# and .NET
Solid architecture skills
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 and general knowledge of relational databases.
Attention to detail
Enthusiastic and results oriented
Willingness to work hours outside of normal assigned hours when necessary
Self-motivated and independent thinker Must be a team player
