StarTek Philippines is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Analytics Specialist. Successfuly applicants for Analytics Specialist will have a great career in StarTek Philippines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Creates and maintains appropriate reports and data pertaining to sales requirements for Client Sites.
2. Sets and communicates goals with clear purpose and expectations for the Account. Establishes individual and group performance action plans. Identifies multilevel strengths and areas of opportunity. Troubleshoots common performance issues.
3. Works with the Quality Group to meet reporting deadlines at mid-month and end of month reporting cycles in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
4. Develops a detailed understanding of the Quality reporting to ensure compliance and performance
5. Responds to questions from the Quality group .
6. Reports daily on sales data and performs various checks and balances versus target Quality figures.
7. Identifies process indicators and appropriately recommends updates or changes.
8. Recommends updates and changes to reports.
9. Posts Quality performance and results using multiple methods.
10. Communicates to auditors compliance to target sampling.
11. Creates job aids for the Quality Group
12. Maintains Quality files and back up documentation
13. Attends conference calls with Quality Process owners and presents Quality specific updates or materials.
14. Acts proactively to assess and address customer trends.
15. Identifies behaviors that if changed, would improve Quality results.
16. Monitors and evaluates effectiveness and impact of accelerators on Quality performance.
17. Analyzes quality data and trends to understand challenges and how to drive improvements
18. Presents findings and recommendations to internal and external management teams.
19. Uses analytical tools to identify trends and help improve/control Quality performance.
20. Analyzes benefits and risks of various monitoring methods. Recommends appropriate method.
21. Effectively responds to StarTek and/or client requests.
22. Other duties assigned.



REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in the same field.
Ability to provide internal and external clients with Exceptional Customer Service
First Rate communication skills (verbal, written, and other media).
Macro-micro RCA (root cause analysis) skills.
Performance management oriented.
Client and/or Managerial Interfacing
Deploying improvement projects.
Knowledgeable in process creation and execution.
Fluent in speaking and writing English.
Solid organizational skills. Need to be able to prioritize in a fast paced environment, adjust to changing priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Ability to read, and interpret documents and procedure manuals.
Ability to exercise initiative and judgment as well as make decisions within the scope of assigned authority.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts using basic math, ratios, percentages, and basic statistics.
Strong customer services skills.
Ability to follow defined procedures and deal with different and specialized situations
Ability to plan own work and the work of others and lead work groups or teams.
Works well independently as well as part of a team.
Others as detailed in the MSR (Minimum Skills Requirements)

· Knowledgeable with COPC standards
· Knowledgeable with Quality Transitions Process
